CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We are confident that you will enjoy what we have to offer and we take your concerns, suggestions, and ideas very seriously. For monthly memberships: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for taking this action before your next renewal payment.
We do offer a 7-day refund policy on monthly memberships. If after 7 days (your first week), you decide you are not 100% satisfied with what you are receiving through JamieScrimgeour.com, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, though you may still cancel at any time. The monthly membership has automatic recurring payments. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel.
For downloadable products & webinars: If you are not 100% satisfied with what you have received, please contact us for a remedy to the situation. Refunds will only be issued in certain situations at the discretion of the Jamie Scrimgeour staff member. Refunds will not be issued after more than 7 days from the date of purchase of these items.
HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel your membership via the Settings Option on your login. It can be found in the top right hand corner when you login.
You are responsible for confirming that your membership has been canceled successfully. Refunds will not be issued on continued payments which are as a result of an incomplete cancellation.
